What you’d do

Answer inbound calls from healthcare providers and members to resolve questions about benefits, claims, and eligibility. You’ll need

• 0-1 years related work experience
• Inbound call center experience in health insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
