What you’d do

Build and maintain project-level financial models for real estate restructure, recapitalization, and development transactions, including debt and equity waterfalls and returns. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in finance, real estate, economics, accounting, engineering, or related quantitative fiel
• 3+ years of financial modeling experience in real estate, infrastructure, or project finance
• Debt and equity waterfall modeling
• Sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Model QA/QC and version control
