Clinical Pharmacist Infusion - Per Diem

What you’d do

Provide pharmaceutical care to oncology and infusion patients, including reviewing chemotherapy orders, preparing anti-cancer medications, and educating patients and caregivers. Per diem, as needed, with hours 0700 to 1800 Monday through Sunday, rotating weekends and holidays, and required travel to other sites. Found on the employer's careers page on Oct 8, 2026. You’ll need

• Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist license
• BS or PharmD from accredited school of pharmacy
• Oncology board certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Willing to rotate to other sites as needed
• Rotating weekends and holidays
