Help patients and families find and secure insurance coverage, Medicaid, Medicare and other financial assistance sources, contacting them by phone or in person. • High school graduate or GED
• Type 45 wpm
• 3+ years in financial advising, claims, collections, customer service, or revenue cycle
• 1+ years of Epic experience
