What you’d do

A temporary 10-week summer externship at VCU Medical Center in downtown Richmond, 36 hours a week. Under an RN's supervision, the extern helps with direct patient care like daily living activities, comfort, safety and nutrition, plus indirect tasks such as keeping the environment clean and supplies stocked. • Resume must list school, degree, and anticipated graduation month/year
• Acute care experience as a nursing assistant or aide
• Temporary full-time, 36 hours/week for 10 weeks
• Shift rotation set with Nurse Manager
