What you’d do

Perform maintenance and repair of building systems, including painting, minor plumbing, locksmith work, lighting, and tenant service requests. • 3-5 years repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry experience
• EPA Universal CFC certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
