You’ll need

• Bachelor's in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, public health, or
• 7+ years of EHS experience
• Preferably boat building, aerospace, or manufacturing/industrial background
• Professional certification (ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM) preferred
• People leadership and team development
