Project Manager, Sustainable Buildings

What you’d do

Lead client meetings and design charrettes, prepare documentation and calculations for green building certifications like LEED and WELL, track sustainability metrics, manage project financials, and visit job sites during construction to verify sustainable design conformance. You’ll need

• 3-6 years of experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, or energy
• BA/BS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field
• LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Fitwel Ambassador certification
• Experience with green building certifications (LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon, Fitwel)
• Job site visits during construction
