What you’d do

Plan and run reliability testing and assessments for RF technologies including RF-SOI, RF-SiGe, and RF-GaN. You’ll need

• MS or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related
• 3-5 years semiconductor technology and reliability engineering experience
• Device and reliability physics foundation
• Accelerated test methodologies and reliability modeling
• Failure analysis and FMEA experience
