What you’d do

Oversee building systems operations, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment, coordinating preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. You’ll need

• HS Diploma or GED
• 5–7 years industry-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience
• At least 1 year supervisory, training, or mentoring experience
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems knowledge
• Contractor oversight and building inspections
