Partners with executive, HR, Finance, IT, and India leadership to match people and skills to engagements and improve utilization and capacity visibility. Full time. You’ll need

• 15+ years in resource management, workforce planning, or professional-services operations
• Experience leading and scaling a resource management function
• Executive and cross-functional partnership experience
