What you’d do

Prepare cost estimates for heavy civil utility and water/wastewater treatment plant projects, tracking actual costs against bids and reviewing plans, specs and bid documents. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or similar
• Experience with estimating software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, Timberline, WinEst
• Experience with Hard Bid, CSP, CMAR, CMGC and Design Build delivery methods
• Review of plans, specifications and bid documents
