What you’d do

Operate and monitor central plant systems such as chillers, boilers, and cooling towers, perform plant rounds, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, valves, and related equipment. You’ll need

• 4+ years central plant, commercial HVAC, or industrial mechanical operations experience
• Experience operating and maintaining chillers, boilers, and cooling towers
• Experience with pumps, VFDs, and building automation systems
• Hands-on mechanical and controls troubleshooting
