What you’d do

Lead development and integration of advanced semiconductor packaging modules in an R&D setting, connecting unit processes, materials, metrology, reliability, and equipment into integrated flows. You’ll need

• MS or PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• 5–10 years in semiconductor process integration
• Substantial R&D or advanced technology development experience
• Co-packaged optics, photonics packaging, or heterogeneous integration preferred
