• Pursuing a four-year or advanced degree in Civil or Traffic Engineering or Transportation Planning
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred
• Familiarity with GuideSign and AutoTURN desirable
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation and/or SoftDesk a plus
