What you’d do

Perform building maintenance and repair work including painting, pressure washing, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, and locksmith tasks. Maintain the CMMS work order system, complete tenant service requests, and handle preventive maintenance, inspections, and emergency response. Full time. You’ll need

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
• Universal CFC EPA certification or willingness to obtain within first year
• Troubleshooting building systems including electrical and DDC/pneumatic controls
• On-call or emergency response availability
