What you’d do

Evaluate and treat adult acute care patients across medical and surgical service lines, developing individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence and safe discharge. Provide ADL retraining, cognitive assessment, upper extremity intervention, and patient/family education while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Full-time, 13-week assignment.
