What you’d do
Lead building maintenance work including painting, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, locksmith tasks and general repairs. Assist in supervising the preventative maintenance program, keep the CMMS work order system current, and troubleshoot electrical and DDC/pneumatic controls. You’ll need
- 3-5 years related repair/maintenance experience

- Universal CFC EPA certification or willing to obtain in first year
