What you’d do

Manage monthly land bank takedowns for assigned communities, keep tracking reports and key dates current, and confirm homesite ownership before sales. Coordinate plat recordation and lot splits with Land Development and Acquisition, post monthly purchase journal entries, and report on land bank activity. Full time, in-person.
