What you’d do

Lead facilities maintenance at a college campus: preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, pumps, and VFDs, plus grounds work, snow removal, and after-hours emergency response. You’ll need

• 3+ years experience with electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Technical/industry-related certification
