Investigate and resolve commercial auto casualty claims, including coverage, liability, and bodily injury, and negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and medical providers. • 3+ years casualty claim experience in auto insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications
