What you’d do

Coordinate care for OhioRISE members as a field-based and telework coordinator, traveling up to 50% or more within central or southeastern Ohio to member homes and other locations. • 2+ years in behavioral health, social services, or human services
• 2+ years with PCs, keyboard, multi-system navigation, MS Office
• Reside in central or southeastern Ohio
