What you’d do

Coordinate care for OhioRISE members as a field-based case manager in Northeast Ohio, traveling up to 50% or more to member homes and other locations. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or non-licensed master level clinician
• 2+ years in behavioral health, social services, or human services
• 2+ years with PCs, multi-system navigation, MS Office Suite
• Reside in or near Northeast Ohio region
• Travel up to 50%+ within region
