You’ll need

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
• 4+ years direct leadership/supervisory experience
• 4+ years managing department spend and labor budgets
• Root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement (CI)
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays
