• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's in Nursing
• ADN hires after Feb 24, 2017 must complete BSN by fifth anniversary
• 6 months to 2 years' experience as a Clinical Nurse
• High school graduate
• RN care in medical transplant ICU
