Collaborate on open source license compliance and review public technical disclosures for IP risks. Support IP diligence for partnerships and M&A. • 5+ years patent prosecution experience
• In-house patent portfolio management experience a plus
• Experience advising on open source license compliance
• Member of the Patent Bar
• Understanding of patent law outside litigation
