You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 8-10 years progressive preconstruction and estimating experience
• Civil infrastructure construction industry experience
• Proven track record managing complex preconstruction projects
• Estimating and bid proposal skills
