• Extensive occupant safety CAE experience with LS-Dyna
• Experience with FMVSS, USNCAP, IIHS, ECE, EU safety protocols
• Tools: BetaCAE, Oasys, LS-Dyna, FE dummies, LS-Opt
• Experience leading small teams
