Serve as the main point of contact for executive and C-suite clients of Shareworks, handling inbound and outbound calls about stock option and share purchase plans. Work with issuer executive teams on complex matters such as 10b5-1 plans, 144 filings, share gifting, and money movement. Full time, based in Sandy UT, Purchase NY, Alpharetta GA, or Tempe AZ.
