What you’d do

Interviews patients and families to collect demographic and financial information, verifies insurance, and works with the Appeals department on claim denials. • 1 year of experience in healthcare or related clerical, accounting, or customer service
• 1 year of experience in registration
• College degree
• Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) or Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
