Supports day-to-day IT hardware asset lifecycle administration in the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management module, handling asset tracking, data integrity, inventory reconciliation, audits, reporting, and basic ServiceNow configuration. • Bachelor's in IT, Business, STEM, or related field, or HS diploma plus 4 years related experience
• ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Fundamentals certification active or within 90 days
• ServiceNow HAM module experience
• Asset and CMDB data accuracy
• Inventory reconciliation and audits
