What you’d do

Assist Contracts Officers with negotiating NDAs, subcontracts, license and other research agreements, and help process proposals, awards and subcontracts. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year managing contracts and/or agreements
• Experience interpreting and analyzing contracts with stakeholders
• Experience drafting agreements and negotiating contract changes
