What you’d do

Review and optimize medication orders, recommend alternatives, oversee medication compounding and delivery, provide drug information, counsel patients, and work with physicians. You’ll need

• Pharmacist credential from Tennessee Board of Pharmacy
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy
• PGY1 or PGY2 residency highly preferred
• Day shift PRN schedule
• Experience with medication order review and patient counseling
