What you’d do

Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on etch processing equipment such as Lam Alliance, AMAT P5000/P5200, STS Pegasus and Gasonics Asher tools. You’ll need

• Understanding of mechanical, vacuum, temperature and gas delivery systems
• Basic electronics knowledge
• Follow PM tasks and coordinate scheduled/unscheduled maintenance
• Stand up to 12 hours and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Medically cleared to work with hazardous gases and chemicals
