Oversee mortgage construction loan disbursements and draw requests, ensure procedures and the Loan Draw Procedures manual are followed, train funding staff and relationship managers, and communicate with borrowers, title companies, and inspectors on project issues. You’ll need

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent related work experience
• 5+ years administering mortgage construction loan disbursements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of mortgage real estate lending
• Supervisory and staff training ability
