What you’d do

Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems at a commercial property in New York, doing rounds, preventive and corrective maintenance, painting and housekeeping. • Appropriate trade license/permit (e.g. Journeyman or Master Electrician, Steam Engineers License)
