Lead preconstruction on multiple commercial projects, from initial design through final construction documents. Duties include feasibility studies, conceptual-to-final budget estimates, comparative studies, value engineering, and client presentations. Full time. • 7+ years commercial construction experience
• Lead preconstruction manager on several projects
• Experience leading and coaching teams
