What you’d do

Answer incoming calls for UW Medicine medical centers, transfer calls, give visitor information, and dispatch emergency communications such as trauma codes and code blue. • High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year as Telephone Communications Operator or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team setting
