Full-time primary care physician working 32 hours per week, managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth. • Enrolled in or completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing
• Full time, 32 hours per week
