Manage and optimize facilities technology platforms including IWMS/CAFM and BIM/CAD systems. Maintain facilities data and develop reports to support space and asset management. • 1+ years experience with CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Experience with IWMS/CAFM/EAM systems (e.g., Archibus, Maximo, SAP)
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and data integration
• Strong understanding of space management and drawing standards
• Experience with reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
