You oversee the construction life cycle from pre-construction and procurement through onsite work, including electrical and mechanical systems. Full-time. • 2+ years of management experience
• 4+ years of general contractor and vendor management
• Experience with RFPs, bidding, change orders, quality control, RFI/submittal tracking
