You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Nuclear, or Chemical Engineering
• 5+ years in heavy construction or nuclear engineering
• Interpret design drawings and specifications
• HS&E and regulatory code compliance
• Construction quantity tracking and budget validation
