Clinical Liaison

What you’d do

The Clinical Liaison manages referral relationships and coordinates intake and pre-admission screening for acute rehabilitation. They perform clinical assessments, educate patients and families, and act as the main contact for case managers, physicians, and payors during a full-time schedule.
