You’ll need

• Bachelor's in engineering, business, program management, operations, or supply chain
• 11–15 years related experience with Bachelor's (9–12 with Master's, 7–10 with PhD)
• Program and project management experience
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations
• Executive-level customer relationship management
