What you’d do

Lead and grow the San Jose package layout team, giving technical guidance and mentorship to layout engineers and coordinating resources across advanced ASIC packaging projects. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related field
• 12+ years experience with Bachelor's, 8+ with Master's, or 5+ with PhD
• Package layout experience for advanced ASIC packaging

• Cross-functional collaboration with SI/PI and package leads
