What you’d do

Sources and executes financing secured by asset cashflows, including warehouse lending and term ABS and CLO transactions. Owns end-to-end deal execution, from data analysis and marketing materials to negotiating documentation and coordinating clients, counsel, rating agencies, and investors. Full time in New York.
