What you’d do

Coordinate care for OhioRISE members as a field-based and telework coordinator in central or southeastern Ohio. • Reside in central or southeastern Ohio
• 2+ years in behavioral health, social services, or human services
• 2+ years with PCs, keyboard, multi-system navigation, MS Office
