What you’d do

Develop and validate novel wet etch, selective removal, and advanced chemical clean processes for transistor architectures and interconnect scaling. Work with equipment and chemical vendors on hardware co-optimization and use modeling and data science to speed formulation screening and reduce defects. Full time in Hillsboro, Oregon. You’ll need

• Design of Experiments (DOE) experience

• Semiconductor process or module engineering experience
• Python, MATLAB, JMP, or ML frameworks
