• Associate's in STEM with 6+ years related experience, or Bachelor's/Master's with 3+ years
• Upstream biologics process and technology transfer experience
• Experience in mRNA or protein therapeutics manufacturing
• Late stage/commercial manufacturing experience
• GMP-regulated environment experience
