Researches and reconciles complex missing or misapplied payments across mortgage, consumer, auto and lease accounts, clears general ledger outages, and handles escalated complaints. • Associate's degree or equivalent training and experience
• Minimum 7 years mortgage banking or customer service experience
• Knowledge of mortgage, consumer, auto and lease products
• Cash exception and reconciliation experience
